Before Your First Visit

A few helpful things to know before your first visit.

Have you had a chance to complete your medical history form?

Before your first appointment, we ask all new guests to complete a short online form.

It helps us make sure treatment is safe for you before you arrive, so we can avoid any unexpected surprises on the day.

If you haven’t completed it yet, you can do so here.

The appointment time listed on our website includes both your consultation and treatment.

If you have plans afterward, we recommend allowing a little extra time before your next stop.

Please shave the treatment area the day before, or within 24 hours of your appointment.

Avoid waxing, tweezing, or threading for at least two weeks beforehand.

If you’ve had significant sun exposure, treatment may need to be postponed for your safety.

Please arrive with clean skin—no sunscreen, lotion, oils, or deodorant on the treatment area.

Just come as you are.

We’ll have everything you need to change into when you arrive.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and Venmo.

If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as you can.

Depending on our schedule that day, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule your appointment.
