Booking Policy
Cancellations
Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Cancellations must be made by text message at +1 (808) 681-9871. Online cancellation is not available.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be invoiced for 100% of the scheduled service price. No-shows will also be invoiced in full.
Any outstanding cancellation fee must be paid before a future appointment can be booked.
Changes & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment or change your service, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Appointments can be rescheduled online. If you need to change your service, please text us at +1 (808) 681-9871.
Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of your appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened. The full service price will still apply.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we may be unable to provide your treatment. In that case, the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation and 100% of the scheduled service price will be invoiced.
Online Consultation Form
The online consultation form must be completed before your appointment. This allows us to review your medical history and make sure your treatment can be performed safely.
If we determine from your consultation form that treatment cannot be performed safely, we’ll contact you before your appointment.
