Booking Policy
Deposit
A $20 reservation deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment on the day of your visit.
Your appointment will be confirmed once your $20 reservation deposit has been received.
Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your reservation request will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellations
To cancel your appointment, please contact us by text message or phone call.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment, your $20 reservation deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
To reschedule your appointment, you may either:

Your $20 reservation deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment cannot be accommodated, and your reservation deposit will be non-refundable.
