Cancellation Policy

• Deposit A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied as a discount to your treatment on the day. • No-shows If you do not show up for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. • Rescheduling & Service Changes Rescheduling and service changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please text us: sms:+18086819871 to request any changes. Your $20 deposit will be applied to your new appointment date. Same-day service changes are not available. • Cancellations* Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows will result in the $20 deposit being non-refundable. If you need to make a change, please text us to reschedule. • Late arrival To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, appointment times are carefully reserved based on each service. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened.
